Factory is pretty much 90% of the grind

Artifacts are not RNG, so you just grind the materials required and craft the piece with exact states you want. Iirc for highest quality Artifact it's about 2 pieces per day depending on your factory

There is an additional upgrade item for weapons, which you slot into the weapon to boost it's stats

That one is RNG but you only need 1 piece per weapon and the stats can be upgraded to max
