Its sucky, but no matter where you live, 6+ hours of your day 5-7 days a week is likely going to be exactly that forever. Using things like AI to speed through work, digesting only short formed content and small tidbits of information, all it does is make the boredom harder to experience and makes you depressed from craving the constant dopamine. Youre not learning anything either
