You do not play it with a standard 4 member team

You can play up to 10+ units in your team, with the caveat that any beyond the standard 4 must be placed "off-field" where they will play themselves, cast their skill independently, similar to how Mydei plays
Units have modified kits in the mode (quite literally character buffs), snd all units have certain factions, putting characters of the same faction together gives you bonuses
