Really though, Nefer is in a decent spot right now and will improve. Teams lack some QoL, and the requirements to slot a character in are very specific.
Certainly, Columbina will be her best hydro slot... making kind of a high budget 3 character core. What I'm less certain of is how well Columbina HB/Burgeon teams will compare to Nefer teams... So I'll probably chill for now and decide about Nefer on the rerun when Moonsighn teams are in a less volatile state.
