Hmm as a new acc , any banner that featured a full or near full team will be very helpful. Flins does have down sides in coverage tho
You’ll notice in nod krai , the harder mobs can be electro immune or water immune. Not very good for an electro charge char xD. Enemies with elements auras will negatively impact you as well like slimes , cubes etc
Personally I’d just save for skirk team which will be due for a rerun. Skirk is very strong in most content.

If you're doing obsidian just try to get as close as possible to 60 CR and throw the rest into CD. that'll give you 100 CR/200+ CD with enough rolls.

I think atk is actually better… cause Chasca shoots all elements often but the game has a system that makes that reactions go on cooldown for a certain amount of time so when reactions happen often it’s big but not that much bigger. One ain’t 100% better than the other from what I had seen depending on the team comp (the elements reacting) either stat becomes like 5% more powerful than the other
