Dumb question since it's for a reddit hypothetical, but in the event that we (and it will never happen most likely) get a catalyst that increases Charged Attack speed, would it allow Neuvi's CA ticks to be faster ? I assume not and that they're fixed intervals and not tied to animations (like Beidou's passive and her CA animations), but still want to make sure.
