I might come off as really rude here, even though I don't mean to, but what is the difference? The channel doesn't forbid anyone from posting images with hutao/Zhongli, it's just an umbrella channel now for any hoyoverse-centered art. Which would include any art of hutao/Zhongli. Why does the name of the channel matter when the same content can be posted still?
I can understand the pushback against the rebranding and everything, it was kind of sprung up on all of us, but it isn't going to change unless the admins wish it
And again, hutao art is still allowed in the channel 😭

I don't think it's rude. And yes, it allows all kind of mihoyo art, but evidently there is no "market" for it. People posted art here cause it is Hu Taos (and zhonglis) art channel, so it was nice having an art channel directly dedicated to our beloved Wfp. But now that this dedicated channel isn't anymore people aren't posting anymore. Every server, like this one, has an art channel dedicated to the main theme character of that server, so making this one here just a whatever channel is obviously not what people like.
And yes, people can post all art here, but counter argument, since the channel evidently is dead anyway, why not just naming it wfp art again so it at least is alive? Cause why keep a channel dead when you can revive it again?

yeah that's fair, though from what i understand the server is expanding to be more than just hutao/genshin, like bringing in more zzz and hsr stuff- though i just went looking and perhaps you could bring this up in #╰・server-discussion・✧ maybe? the channel is made for discussing changes within the server and either getting answers or having a suggestion be made so it could be worth a shot since yeah, it is a little disappointing for a channel to die because of a name change
