Like I understand he's tired and he's under stress and everything, but he needs an outlet for his anger that isn't his coworkers because this was like the fifth time he's freak out on someone who didn't deserve it 😭

And he's kind of a big dude, so it can be a little intimidating to watch when he starts to physically lose his cool when a manager tells him to do something and he slams work tech onto a counter and whatever else

We have a new kid who's been working on the floor with us for like 2 weeks and he had only 3 shifts with this guy, and the second one was where he got to see him absolutely flip his shit on the mama bear of the front end 😭

Though, he got suspended last week and I haven't seen or heard hide nor hair of this man which is insane to think of because every other time something like this has happened, he has immediately come in to go shopping and then complain about the situation he put himself in to the first person he locks eyes with like a wolf chasing down a deer

Like last time he got suspended, even though he was hammered and looked like shit, he still came in to buy food and complain then go home a day after his suspension started

So idk if he just has decided he's quit and never wants to show his face again in the middle of this current suspension, or something worse

Though he also has two people who are entirely dependent on him so I hope it's not the latter thought

He heavily relies on this income as the hospitals fight him for the care of his sister who's been through the fucking wringer in the last year and a half

• His mother almost died last year and has been on a steady rise through her rehab and everything
• His landlord is a bitch I guess, where she constantly haggles him more money because she loans it out to her son(?) who the gambles it all away and then begs her for more until she caves
• The hospitals and insurance companies are constantly fighting him for his sister to be living completely independently as they think she's fit enough to do so even though she's blind, needs constant transport to and from hospital for her treatments for her condition, needs to be on a special diet- all of which both is and isn't covered by insurance as he constantly goes back and forth with them as they try to strip their coverage away for treatments that take tens of thousands of dollars a month to perform
• Tends to spend whatever time off he has helping someone who needs rides to New Jersey (like an 8 hour drive, one way) if memory serves, or that's just an occasional thing that happens like once or twice a month- that or he just keeps repeating the one or two times he has done it for some reason 😭

Like the man is under a lot of stress and is clearly being overwhelmed to the brink of absolute mental and physical exhaustion as he tries to keep up with everything (that is, if everything he tells us is to be taken at face value)

I just wish he'd find some outlet to take his anger out at home or in the woods or something, rather than seemingly deciding to take it out at work by following every customer he talks to (whether they are a willing participant in the conversation or simply trying to leave the store because they have things to do) to vent about his life or to share tidbits of information he's probably told every single one of them dozens of times over by now, or by acting out on coworkers because someone tells him to do his job, or because they sat down for 2 minutes, or because they treated him like a child for poor decision-making and acting the fool/being called out for doing something

And considering what he's told me about his sister's personality, I'm sure they've probably had screaming matches over what's happened since she sounds like a strong lady 😭

I do have my own theories on the Demiurge and the Monad
But they don't really involve Nibelung or Phanes whatsoever

I do believe that Phanes and Nibelung may be the Demiurge and Monad equivalent in Genshin, but I also think that there could be two if that somehow makes sense
Like, two Demiurges, and two Monads.
Anyways, my theory was that the Pyro Archons are meant to be representstive of the Demiurge...
Like, what I mean is, all of the Pyro Archons are the Demiurge in their own sense.

I say this for kind of three reasons:

  1. In Gnosticsim, the Demiurge is in fact, one of the 7 Archons
  2. The Demiurge is sometimes connected/attributed to fire
  3. There are some lines about Xbalanque that I find very interesting, especifically like how he's described as the "one true God" like at least twice I think? I'm not the expert in his lore so I know I'm probably overthinking things as always, but one is in one of the artifacts talking about how Och-Kan was crying like a bitch about how he didn't want Xbalanque to give up his throne or whatever, and there's also an NPC in the temple of space who also talks about Xbalanque being the "true God" and how the blazing sun has never died and the true God will return yadda yadda... this might make it seem that Xbalanque would be the Monad in this case, but also, it's usually the Demiurge who thinks of themselves as the "One True God", so that's where my thought process went more or less.

Anyways, if Xbalanque, or all of the Pyro Archons as I was saying make up the "Demiurge" then who is the Monad? Well I don't really know. I want to say that it could be the identity of the Pyro Gemstone description, like the Monad was erased from history, but I also kind of have a theory that the name in the Pyro Gemstone description is actually Sophia, or Genshin's version of Sophia, to tie back into Capitano more or less. The Monad could also just be the Pyro Sovereign who's name I forgot, since they were the original wielder of the Pyro Authority

Basically, in like one of the Nod-Krai artifacts, the last on released that's not the Mondstadt one, we finally get a mention of the Golden Hall. Alongside the Golden Hall there's also a mention of the "Arianrhod Realm" which we first heard about in Fischl's signature weapon (which was the first in game item description that mentioned how the 2 moons were destroyed and only one remained)
But my point is that, when I looked up the word "Arianrhod" I found out that its apparently the name of a character from this welsh poem called the "Four Branches of Mabinogi"
And my immediate thought was that four branches reminds me of those 4 Irminsul Branches. 3 out of the 4 branches seem to be connected to death:
The one in Dragonspine is where the Princess of Sal Vindagnyr is buried
The one in Tsurumi Island is right where the Boatman is
And the Eternal Oasis is a grave for Nabu Malikata.
We don't know anything about the one in the Chasm, but when you find it for the first time Paimon comments on it being exactly like the one in Dragonspine so there's that.
So I think that those 4 branches are connected to the Moon Palace, and the "Ariarhod Realm" if that makes sense.
