Sumeru, Fontaine and Liyue's tech can be explained by their strong research arms, and Inazuma's limited tech by Ei having hundreds of years to work on it.

Natlan's seems to rely on Xilonen basically just Tony Stark-ing an entire nation's tech singlehandedly

Liyue had an entire Archon Quest Interlude dedicated to getting the super rare material needed to make its castle float, and Natlan just introduces a flying spaceship as a nonchalant prop piece of its resort

All the fanciest gadgets out there are entirely attributed to her and are in limited hands if it’s not with ancient secret source tech, which has already been clearly establish that folks barely scratch the surface of.

Everyone else just pales even further in actually getting phlogiston funkiness, and even Xilonen admittedly can only grasp so much herself.

my experience is that any angels, fae, pre-archon related lore is in the world quest

it's barely mentioned in the AQ

so idk. on one side, AQ should provide you pre-surface information. but if you wanna know in depth to actually understand the full thing, spend another 12 hrs doing the world quest or something.

if u wanna talk on the game design level from dev perspective, then there is no reason why they didnt make nod krai quest available even if you havent complete the many initial AQ. so basically for best experience, just do all the previous version quests. which i also did not do all of them to say whether it is neccessary or not. you should just enjoy the game at your own pace and play it the way that makes you happy

It’s different from how I saw Mavuinen because of how close they seemed to be as well as their bickering, they gave off married couple to me. Like girlfriends who liked to tease each other. But Sandrone and Marinonette seem more like siblings to me, I dunno what it is. They just have that vibe.||

She just tweaked it without telling them ( it’s implied it’s been tweaked for YEARS) to keep them less inclined to betray the hearth in ANY way.
