My older theory is that each region has its own fake sky, it could explaining the different skybox in every region and how people outside Natlan can't see the broken moon when they step out of the border, Neuvillete regain his authority and new hydro vision user will be free of fate , coincidentally,in his trailer,the sky are shows broken at the end,as if it is a symbol that newer hydro user is no longer a subject to fate, the false sky for the region of hydro sovereign no longer works. It still hides the real sky but there are definitely more than just hiding the outer space, that's my theory
