Anyway, the January report just barely misses the release of 3.0 which was at the end of December.
Wuwa ranked higher (7th) in December (which was 2.8 second half and 3.0 release) and generally floats between 5th and 15th throughout the year.
During the release of 2.0, it went from 8th (Jan 2025) to 12th (Feb 2025), so you could actually say it's doing one rank better than it did last year.

if your goal is to just get as many stars as you can

split your power budget a bit

use a solo augusta or solo younou team to clear all the easy floors then use your good team for the floor 4s/middle towers
