a tab-able big hit

phrolova's heavy is easily the most broken thing in the game, literally

it exploits so many "loopholes"

like the CD is tied to a debuff that's gone on loadscreen

so any domain literally takes 1 move every single time you load in

the next closest thing is S6 Iuno but I'm not sure you can tab that one

as long as the wave has no delay

I just checked and I think you can tab Iuno's enhanced heavy

but Phro can do it at S2 while Iuno needs S6

but those actually use resources so you can't spam them in domains

Well for me the mrover seems to speak really fast in jp voice so it wasn't really possible for me to understand that
