If they need her you can try to get her weapon otherwise there's always rerun if you change your mind

and btw for someone to enter you just need to go to where the game says you can stroll around, which kinda early in the story
after that youre not allowed and need to finish chapter one
same as chapter 2 you need to finish the whole story before someone can get in

this is like a combination of the cube event, dreaming deep and that combat event from 1.3

except the tokens give IR buffs to your actual character instead of the cubes

only downside is you only have that fixed pool of character to play with
