Cia is for carte who is prob the best dps for a bit and allows you to run her and aerover, freeing up SK and verina for any other teams eg jiyan , jinhsi
Iuno is heavy buffer so good for Jiyan and Augusta but you can’t guarantee Augusta so for now she’d go with Jiyan. If you want instead you can get Augusta and SK but then you need to 50/50 cia which makes carte a bit weaker
