Only reason to play gachas is for characters I like. If I want high quality gameplay I take a break and play other games normally. Wuwa is getting there but gacha systems and their time required hold them back and give different people different experiences, so are harder to polish.
Their events where they give parties allow standardized balance/achievement but trade off your personal journey/gambling payoff. And tend to be gimmicky
