her sdps (zhezhi is bis) gets 5pc moonlit set & the heron boss 4cost. Just getting the 5pc effect will help buff carla

Verina would get 5pc rejuv set with the turtle bell 4cost
Just give er% 3costs and hopefully you pull Variation (4* energy weapon)
She barely needs levelling and you can just level her echos without unlocking substats to start
