They both freaked out a little but she came back a second time and just stood outside candy's teeny tiny cage for like two hours before going back with Sora and Lillie. It was heartwarming to watch them interact so sweetly between the bars
Tomorrow I'll probably try opening candy's door and seeing if she wants to get out and see the rest of the flock.

he tends to raise his hackles and growl but the moment he sniffs the dog he calms entirely down and then immediately goes to nip them in the face and jump on them to put his paws on their back and i'm afraid that he'll do that to the wrong dog and get his neck snapped or something
when he does the nip i pull him back and if he tries to do it again i walk him away a few steps to reset him until he calms down (if the other dog and owner stay in place and aren't walking away)
he does that to my neighbor's dogs when they meet each other outside and although the dogs are friendly i just feel bad 😭

i have a ton of bruises on my thigh from him jumping up on my leg to get me to play tug until he releases for fetch
but on days where i don't have work i try to replace some of that with a trip out to somewhere, like lowe's or the rec trail so he can get his energy out that way
then usually with a trip to petsmart after for some treats
then he takes his hour-long nap and is back to wanting to either terrorize freedom or play fetch nonstop until bedtime

So I tried to switch over to several different foods until he started getting diarrhea for days
