Can't you just use a backpack for extra arrow storage

also would require a datapack to be made to add modded arrows to the quivers

no i think it has compability

first u can just open the quiver

and put the arrows you want

and since if the modded arrows use the arrow tag it will autmatically put it

and with that comes varients of quivers compatible iwth mods

such as the copper quiver (from caves and cliff backport)
