Idk how enemy level scaling works rn, probably block distance which is kind of dumb, i hope this suggestion is heard and approved!
Block distance yeh, I played another with leveling but that one was broken as well, dragons became 20k HP with stupid stuff (apo probably)

Sort of yeah, a lot of mobs have fixed level ranges but most basic mobs scale with distance. Could definitely make them scale by the player instead.
Regarding affixes, you mean have higher level mobs more likely to spawn as a Champion?
The modpack I used had affixes with DMG reduction and adapt to DMG types when reaching certain level
That way you can't spam eldritch blast and just wipe it out
You had to circle between 4 types iirc
Im not sure how they re called but i mean those mobs which spawn being like common, skilled, legendary, ultimate etc
Mobs need a heavy spell resistance overall, spells just send them to the shadowlands in one tap, apotheosis overtunes mages insanely
Also muon, u think it would be possible for you to make a datapack for people to use which makes the gems of ur apotheosis compat with ISS make the gems "Unique", would help for mages not reaching insane levels of spell power
I have no experience in making datapacks and you made the mod so yk u re the expert here

those gems arent reached that easily, also, when muon changes the mob scaling it might not be necesary

one of my guys got to the end in like 3 days
what i mean is overall spellpower
not how hard they re to get
it would just be optional datapack that people can download for mostly servers
even maxed out its like 400% orso
i personally would like it since my players do pvp
other people might have their own reasons
mmc5 had less stuff to get spellpower and i reached 700%

so yeah spellpower here goes insane
i think sockets are gonna be limited at 3 here

echo's cant be done so thats just 15%
book is 15% as well

staff 20%, affix alone in a staff can give u like 20%+, my book 20%, echo 15%, armor set 60%, 4 sockets with max gems in a staff 100%, 4 sockets with max gems each armor gear 60%/240% all armor set, Intelligence tree 100%+

Each armor piece, staff and book can have 3 upgrade orbs, meaning 15%+ each
All armor with 3 upgrade orbs each 180%+, staff and book 30%+
My armor also has a passive which when taken enough damage another 30%
how is all armor 180%

so far ive banned in my server orbs, all i just want is for spell power gems to be unique for mages not being gods
with staff my eldritsch blast doubles in dmg

still one of the better balanced packs ive seen tho
other pack i have with a lil chest luck I can have a bow with 4k dmg before reaching iron gear
most balanced pack of luna pixel is mmc3 fabric
