theres an item called regeneration stone which u probably get during the 2nd chapter
which basically gives u 0,5 hearts per second
constantly infinitely unless u unequip it
the game offers you ways to heal automatically
even if no access to spells
also making a very simple create silverfish farms gives u infinite health vials from valoria mod
exactly why i emphasized early-mid game
i ngl find 2nd chapter still early game
not really unless you know what ur doing already
regardless the 16 or so bandages u get at the start isnt lasting the average player until chapter 2

I am upvoting this on the principal given the pack's D&D inspirations if there was some rest mod that restores all hp when sleeping and partially when resting then that would be a better fit than the mod that gives bandages.
Just use a heal spell or poitions

thing is same bandage mod adds thirst and temperature
Maybe changing the bandage to a healing potion just to fit the style ?
not a bad idea as long as the crafting recipe isnt insufferable
healing vial already exists which is dropped by hostile mobs
minecells areas offers a lot of healing methods, they can be acessed pretty early and farmed
that operates under the assumption that the player has knowledge of how the minecells mod works
which is already off to a bad start

the average player enters the dungeon, clears it and leaves
not seeks it out earlygame and farms it for healing stuff
average player is responsible for their own sillyness in difficult pack, change my mind
its not sillyness to simply not have knowledge of how external mods like minecells work
