i def support this, if not for the upgradable pets, its for the respawn but with some restrictions
disable these two aspects
reason being
enimatic legacy has 2 - 3 non cursed items that does this
with other mechanics attached
I believe the first one allows cross compatible modded mobs (as pets) to be swung through
Unless the Enigmatic Legacy item globally prevents swinging at tameable mobs in relation to the target user, I don't see why the first config should be disabled.
Picture this, it's very easy to get more pets, and even easier to swing at them when they follow you around and fight for you. This configuration entirely resolves that conflict.
However, what would be interesting is if this was some kind of upgrade that can be achieved through the quest line, rather than just by default. But I'm not sure if that's feasible. Just an idea.
