As time goes on and with changes to the modpacks and minecraft in general they do change. it is ultimately the devs decisions. even if there were a lot of upvotes or downvotes if they don't like it for the pack they get and give the yes or no. We've had hundreds demanding create be in the pack, but guess what? Ain't happening.
