This mod is officially made by the Aether devs, and allows you to smelt down your extra gear and craft what you need. Have 10 pairs of Neptune leggings, but your Neptune chest is about to break? Or maybe you've killed tons of Slider bosses and still haven't gotten a chest yet? Smelt the leggings down and craft that chest you need. This mod doesn't add repairing by itself, it just adds treasure ingots. It would be up to Chloe to add the anvil recipe if desired, but otherwise being able to craft the armor you really need, or haven't gotten from the last multiple dungeons, is possible with this mod

Since this got added in the latest update, does that mean the bugs are fixed? Also, did you find or add any crafting recipes for repairing armor with the ingots, or is it crafting and trim only?
