i looked at the server, alot of the rules just seemed too overly restrictive and the counterbalances like "making your own spawners" or whatnot felt cheap.

i feel like instead of going to earth being illegal, earth could be beyond repair in some way with a custom generation, also making it near inhospitable except for the few far enough into the progression to have gear to resist the heat or whatever you could think of, maybe earth was stripped of its atmosphere and crust due to a large collision etc, leaving only magma and lava in its wake, and the occasional diamond, iron, or gold chunklet or obsidian/blackstone formation sticking out, very rarely in earth orbit you could find habitable bits of land that adapted to the vaccuum of space, and the moon, with periodical fungal patches that start to transform the landscape, transforming it with a somewhat breathable oxygen flow around the biomes that's expelled by the fungal patches, not enough to breathe off of by itself, but it would prolong your breath in the biome long enough for you to harvest some and possibly craft it into a table and some tools and make a breathing apparatus out of it, or possibly certain fungus patches have fruits that give you breathing ability for a bit, maybe 2 or 3 minutes, but thats just what I imagined.

Also you can't make spawners you only get one spawn egg of a cow, chicken, and blaze

But players have been innovative using that spawn egg on a spawner and so a limit on blaze burners to make it more balanced

generate a big map? just get a mod or find a modder to make a mod for you? for the parasite idea, scape and run parasites on its final phases are near impossible to survive, if not actually impossible. People could still go there, but with some of the enemies that break blocks AND go through them, a base is virtually impossible without somehow developing a way to cure the earth as you normally would in that mod. For people to still go there, they'd have to go there with immense gear for dangerous mining operations, where other people would otherwise die very quickly.

and for the main thing, scape and run parasites mostly are only ever on earth, and need the config file to be changed to have them grow into other dimensions like maybe the ice planet that has a breathable oxygen atmosphere on it, etc.
