some extremely crappy computers can run it properly

I've been searching all over for days but I wasn't able to find a way to inject loot using loot integrations. I know this might bother you but I really need some guide on how to inject modded items into structure so I could make some of my friends enjoy looting again. I saw loot in every Prominence structure filled with modded items, how can I able to do that now ?
