Please follow the guide here for changing the Java version your server uses. This will improve performance dramatically. If you are on a third party server host, you likely can not change the Java version your server uses. Bisect Hosting and a few VPS providers do allow changing Java version, though, which can usually be done through your server dashboard.
The method on Bisect is to simply go to the main dashboard page, and select "GraalVM 22" as the Java distribution. If it crashes, use 21 instead.

/spark profiler start --only-ticks-over 50

Yes i read that guide and saw through with all of that. The one thing ive noticed a lot in this modpack though is that there are many mods that tend to run in the backround when playing on a server which cause memory leaks and lag. I'd like to remove a few of the mods that are already installed that can cause large amounts of lag.
Granted Create i know is one of those big time and chunks saved are also one. As well as making it where chunks are always loaded. Which is why i'll make it where folks can't force load chunks all the time. But there's still some mods that cause a large amount of particles, items and other things as such (more than i can count) that cause lag when utilized on a larger scale with players doing it at the same time while say other players are out exploring new area's while mining and another is boss hunting.
