is the quality of life and rpg additions mods too game changing and what stage of the game is everyone mostly at?

i wouldn’t say the quality of life and rpg mods aren’t too game changing from the normal one (i haven’t really noticed the difference from the base one) and everyone’s around the stage of creating their artifact and advancing further into the questline once certain events happen that unlock them!! The furthest anyone is in the questline is having voids invasion chapter complete!
