Pretty sure it's Fabric only and wouldn't work on Forge, plus Apotheosis already adds rarities.

Apotheosis adds affixes to gear not rarity itself

True, but there are different levels of affixed gear that give more and stronger affixes.

Plus the desired mod to add couldn't be used on forge anyways.

Plus Fabric version has a fork of Apotheosis called Zenith (which the Fabric version uses), so it likely wouldn't be added there either, as the affixed items basically represent and do what Tierify does in a way, just in a different format.
