The only one of your mods that I personally think is a resounding yes for Better MC is The Outer End.

I think it's a better mod than BetterEnd, which is more quantity than quality, honestly.

There are a couple of interesting biomes in BetterEnd but I find BetterNether difficult to defend in a vanilla+ pack, in the case of the End I prefer to combine your mod with The Endergetic Expansion by Team Abnormals and maybe Endless Biomes.
