dpad would probably work

#

left and right bumper to cycle inventory, one face button for inventory, one for jump, one for quick move... sneak and sprint are typically bound to clicking the sticks

that leaves 2 face buttons and the dpad

I've seen some people figure it out. Modded MC is a lot usually, but it's possible with shift buttons. (Buttons that swap the inputs of select other buttons.)
