Bit of a long post, but I wanted to give a full argument.

Whether or not you agree with my rational, I do hope you at least consider the change as I do think it would be far more dynamic than loot pools.
so, largest problem with this, end remastered is not our mod

otherwise, you have some that requires killing specific mobs like elder gaurdian, or it'll be in chests in specific structures
5 of them are in very simple, non-combat overworld dungeons.
