I need some help. I'm playing on a server but it crashes every time I try to log in. This happened before and the solution was to reset my character but that put me back to square one so I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas?

  1. What Minecraft version are you using? (1.19.2, 1.20.1, ...)
  2. What launcher did you run Minecraft with? (e.g. CurseForge, ATLauncher, MultiMC, ...)
  3. Have you changed the modpack in any way? (e.g. changing mod versions, adding/removing mods)
  4. What version of the modpack are you using? (v11, v9, etc)
  5. Have you ever gotten past the crash condition without crashing, or does the game always crash?
  6. What steps cause the crash?

Open the game directory (right click pack -> open folder), navigate to the "crash-reports" folder and upload the latest available crash report.
If there is no crash report, navigate to the logs folder and upload "latest.log."
If there is no log, navigate to the base pack directory and upload the hs_err_pid file, if there is one.

  3. A few mods have been added (Mob Catcher, Building Wands, Fabric Furnaces, Dungeon Compass [not that it works] & Hybrid Aquatic).

  5. I can play just fine normally but this is twice now that it has randomly crashed for seemingly no reason. I'm not doing anything different, I'm in loaded chunks with another player, etc. It happened once five days ago. My player data was reset and everything was fine (after I used creative to get my items back) until about 14–15 hours ago when it crashed again. It happened at night both times (if that makes any difference) and still crashed the morning after, after the server auto-resets at midnight.
  6. I cannot work out what's causing the crash (see answer 5).

Pretty sure that's the one it comes with

I suggest next time the crash occurs to remove the mods one by one until it doesn't crash anymore
