hmmm, checked this out with elocin awhile ago, seems stable enough now,
though not sure if everyone’s willing to go through the setup process but it can be added for those who are

would be cool to see everyone else expressive as well

Actually, I went and tried it.

I tried it when I was a lichmode and found that his left arm was missing

But the rest isn't much of a problem

honestly it’s a no no for me, although i think the license allows remixing so maybe in the future a cool fork with better animations appears and then it’ll change my mind

but prominence will not have this any time soon

adventure redefined is very promising

I might use it myself too but it’s just too jank to include in a pack yet imo

I’d have to see these animations in game as well, goofy custom animations are definitely worse than just vanilla animations

i’d say it depends, and in this case i just prefer fresh moves

I’ve yet to see a custom animation mod that has tasteful minecraft-appropriate animations, they all look like those ridiculous minecraft music videos

yup, using fresh animations as well and they complement each other perfectly

only problem now is the modded mobs…

i mean it’s also possibly not as much work (so far..) as you may think,
many modded mobs are either just reskins of vanilla ones, duplicates, or already have pretty intricate animations
