archers do more damage than mages

#

that's the reason behind the nerf

#

mages are also harder because they have multiple spells

#

archers are just shoot and use an ability every few seconds

#

they're easier, have more mobility, do more damage

#

what do they get in exchange? a reduction to their armor, as they have the benefit of distance too

outer vapor

You can get mobility with wings or more rolls enchant

#

but yeah distance is cool

Well if ur an archer, then ur not supposed to be tanking/taking damage, that's the point, there's several spells that requires wizards to go in the mobs face, so if they'd have -80% armor efficiency they'd just get one shot. Take for example greater second wind mastery, all it does is give u 2 more rolls, barely anyone uses rolls in the first place lol.

classic mage builds don't do as much as a proper runic mage

empty hull
#

same as any others, but like elocin just said, they can have over 16 spells

outer vapor
#

isnt 1 element focusd better since it does more spell power in that element ?

tardy compass
#

archers are the easiest class.

they have ~8 spells of each element

Hmm, I did not read wiki or smt, I thought the only spells are the ones you get from the book

#

and the missile

#

Your arguments are valid, anyways, if its possible, on my own danger and full acknowledgement that it can corrupt and destroy my game, possible to change the numbers in config ?

empty hull
#

should be, but i really don't recommend it, as you say, can corrupt and destroy ur game, all up to u my guy

outer vapor
#

Il just make backup or something, I would jsut like to know if its possible

#

and how do i acces the config that has this under it

empty hull
#

go to ur curse forge, enter the mod pack "but don't press play" then press the little 3 dots aligned almost next to the play button, press open folder, then config, and allocate where ever the skill tree is

#

idk the name of the mod that gives the skill tree, so i can't give more specific details than that

outer vapor
#

ok

empty hull
#

OH, and remember to enter the text folder, that's where you'll find the code

#

so any JSON-file type
