Adding recipes to JEI is more of something to ask Tech Reborn.

Lunapixel could probably add recipes for the crushing* wheel, though I don’t know much about it. Mods also sometimes build integration like that in though so you could ask Tech Reborn devs as well.

Yeah but this is different from normal circumstances, as Tech Reborn is a Fabric mod that is made to work with Forge with a mod(?) called Connector. Base on what I know that means Tech Reborn has no responsibility to add any compatibility with any Forge mod, as it's originally not a Forge mod. Like in the Fabric modding environment they have their own equivalent of JEI, and Tech Reborn probably support that, but that equivalent is (internally) different from JEI.
