it says that with the mod apotheosis i can mine a spawner with silk touch but it breaks

Apotheosis has multiple modules that can be individually enabled or disabled. The spawner-related module is disabled for this modpack.

and u should see this

<instance_folder> should be .minecraft if using vanilla launcher

(It's not using regular config format so u cannot access it ingame)
