#Cant join my world, help?

unable to join my world, keeps saying to

  1. go back to main menu and try re-entering
  2. if that doesnt work, restart game
    and 3. if that doesnt work, simply join the discord, doesnt tell me what to do or where to go

anything i can do to fix or is my world lost?
