This was mentioned in the past, we cannot add fabric mods to forge even if connector is installed because curseforge doesn't allow it, you may be able to do it yourself in an instance but we cannot.

Its possible some modpacks on curseforge has Forgified Fabric and Fabric mods
And its on forge

Indeed because the mods used aren't marked for forge
there are some mods that are marked for forge so they can be used with connector
I did that for Shield Overhaul for example
