Would this not fit the theme of Better Minecraft? was wondering about it there too, but i figured medieval minecraft would be the best

only downside i feel is like, the curseforge page says "overhalls biomes" so i'm worried about it conflicting with other biome mods, if it is added and that is the case, devs may have to tweak it

honestly i'd be chill with devs disabling just about every biome in the overworld and keeping only the caves and nether biomes

In the mod's config file you can remove specific biomes that conflict. You could even make it so only the caves generate.

so it shouldn't be hard for devs to disable every other biome besides caves (and maybe nether) and keep BYG?

I just disabled all the forests since there's a lot of duplicates.

I don't know about worldgen conflicts since I haven't played enough with it, but the woods shouldn't conflict anymore. They'll still show up in JEI until they're removed from that I'd assume.

Having two different redwoods was odd.

This mod adds a LOT of biomes, more than I was expecting tbh.

Works fine with Terralith and Volcanic Caverns.

I've seen no issues after disabling most of the overworld biomes it comes packed with.
