only downside i feel is like, the curseforge page says "overhalls biomes" so i'm worried about it conflicting with other biome mods, if it is added and that is the case, devs may have to tweak it
honestly i'd be chill with devs disabling just about every biome in the overworld and keeping only the caves and nether biomes

but probably not as much, it looks like a still sorta new mod
not just that but there'd have to be a way to make some of the blocks that have modded wood varients have the wood variants of this mod instead

In the mod's config file you can remove specific biomes that conflict. You could even make it so only the caves generate.

I just disabled all the forests since there's a lot of duplicates.

I don't know about worldgen conflicts since I haven't played enough with it, but the woods shouldn't conflict anymore. They'll still show up in JEI until they're removed from that I'd assume.
Having two different redwoods was odd.
This mod adds a LOT of biomes, more than I was expecting tbh.
