From what I know and asked on the discord of Terralith, while you can load up a world with all of those mods, you will have Terralith biomes be very small, this is due to a conflict between Terrablender which byg and biome o plenty use and Terralith itself. So I would not add it to your pack, the description on curse forge is outdated

I’ve been playing with terralith and biomes you’ll go and haven’t had any noticeable issues like that? Only downside is it’s a little performance heavy

It's sadly not a fixable issue, as far as 1.19 is concerned there will be no compatibility
