Create is never being added I personally also think it doesn’t fit the modpack but you can add the mod in yourself and trial and error to see if it messes up the modpack

Why doesn't it fit the theme though? it adds quite some features that were invented during the medieval period like grindstones and windmills. There isn't any other mild automation mod with a similar theme which could be used as an alternative. I mean the textures from create blend well with the texture pack.
The train track base from create could also be used to create medieval style train systems
Railways were used in the 1500's aswell

It’s pointless when you can just add the mod in yourself and even more pointless to argue when the dev said it’s never being added multiple times

The dev said it would never be added one time, a good reason it wasn't added before was because it conflicted with twilight forest. This issue has now been patched with the dev version and eventually a new release. you can enter the twilight dimension normally now. A lot of other people also wanted create to be included as seen here #suggestions message, So why would it not be added if it has so much support and it's patched?

If they are too incompetent as you say to do so you probably should play with other people who are willing to do extra steps as it’s not that hard
