it helps to make wherever you're making a trading room/village/place have NO job blocks elsewhere

the area my villagers are in have 0 other job blocks, so it insta-works on em

but make sure you make them get their job there, not elsewhere and then moved with the catcher 'n whatnot. They get annoying doing that... If you gotta do it that way - make sure you lock them, break their block, ensure there's no other block they would've gone to nearby to claim for their job - THEN catch them

I disabled nausea in configs after I ran through two stacks of 8min fire resistance potions. Got basically all forms of fire res (relic, ring and semi auto potion farm) so it didn't feel like cheating.

yeah im not doing a world border pregen, im only going to do 250 chunks, which is 4k blocks in every direction. my house is 2k blocks from 0,0 so starting from there would essentially waste 125 pregenerated chunks since im never going to travel 2k blocks to 0,0 and then proceed to go another 4k blocks to make use of those chunks

It happens randomly so the best thing to do is to duplicate your mod profile

so if one of them becomes corrupted then you can use the other one and delete the old one

if it's under the intersection of a T - the top rotates flawlessly like a gyroscope while the minecart moves or turns - even if the setting is for the machine to rotate to direction of movement

if it's IN the intersection of a T - the top part of the bearing's top is flat perfectly 24/7 against the block above it, and the rest of the bearing turns like a gyroscope

I want to somehow create a mechanism (Specifically a mechanism contraption that goes in a minecart) that can rotate whilst in position

I could obviously think of an easy way to make it not a mechanism contraption, but I want it to be portable to wipe out jungles faster.

What's a reasonable next tier above astrum armor? I am having trouble understanding how to survive more damage @ cursed level. Remnant & a variety of other things still slam me even thought prot 5, etc. I'll even gapple and things can just knock me.

Hi, I'm trying to get a server running for me and some friends, but one of them is on a lower end mac and is lagging a bit. I'm going through all the optimisation settings and tips i can, but if it comes to it, what mods can i remove that would improve performance but still keep the feel of the pack intact?

i dont think removing mods is really an option, this isnt a kitchen sink pack. all the mods are there for a reason more or less. and the ones that probably maybe could be removed arent going to do anything performance wise

idk if optifine is compatible with this pack but it could also help massively to install that

dont think optifine is good anymore for optimisation, though dont quote moe on that. I'm going through the list of optimisation mods and configs to help reduce lag for them and the server, but also gotta make sure they dont clash with whats already in it

i have a buddy that cant run vanilla minecraft on his pc at more than 20 fps with stuttering and freezes but gets 120fps with optifine installed

not saying itll 100% work for your friend, especially it being a mac and all but its certainly worth a shot

With create new age, i have diamond wires a full accumulator and decent power. But when I use a reinforced motor with a strong motor extension the motor doesn't draw enough power and then just stalls. it caps out at 250/tick but diamond wire supports 8000/tick. Anyone know whats giong on

I think I have a weird glitch or it is a feature i just started with create and made the autoatic lava with buckets from the nether now the part from the nether to the overworld works fine with a lava bucket but when an emty bucket from the overworld goes to the nether it wont go thrugh when it leaves the conveyor but when i pick it up and throw it through it does work anyon eany idea what the problem could be?

its claimed chunk protection, i had the same issue. you gotta comb through the settings for the open parties and claims mod and just disable any protection related to the nether and portals. youll have to set a keybind to open it and have cheats enabled. theres an option to disable protection entirely, which sounds good until your steam engine gets blown up by a creeper. youll also likely have issues if you try to use certain kinds of create machines like assembled carts, such as them fully breaking to pieces if you set them down in a claimed chunk, and not being able to enter claimed chunks from outside of one.

ive had a rather odd occurrence happen to one of my players, chunks of their home seem to have vanished and been regened, they say they had a max size create item vault, they also built on a generated structure, any idea what might have caused it?

Has anyone figured out what's breaking the spawns of many creatures (from chameleons, to now "mungus")? .... I've witnessed the first time I came to this island mungus appearing, and now I'm here trying to get them many minecraft weeks later only to see them not here or spawning at all.
