No, I just would have a wireless remote and if you find a wandering goblin that has a +1 enchant for a piece of gear, use a quantum chamber to catch and then make the trade. Then use a Tome of Hungering Knowledge to pull it off and then use blaze enchanting to put it on whatever you want as many times as you want.
