the ps1 script is just a bunch of installation of forge and other things, so good to run once. then copy the required files to base then make a bat and it should in theory work just fine

   i) Delete ALL other java versions from your PC (ONLY recommended if you don't need them)
   ii) Redirect your launcher/server to use your new installation of Java

1. Uninstall any other java program listed in your programs list (differs by OS, please find a guide for your own OS if you don't know)
2. Attempt to re-use the command mentioned above (if the output is now correct, which it should be, you are ready to go)

Method ii

1. For a server, please modify the $Java/JAVA variable (found in your startup script depending on ps1/sh) to the path of your java installation. For windows, this path is usually found in "Program Files/Eclipse Adoptium/version_of_java/bin"
2. For a client, depending on whether you use CurseForge, GD, or AT, the process is slightly different. Please see a guide for each respective launcher on how to change the java version.

Hi ! Does anyone know why some of the iter rpg mobs and ores don't spawn or generate on my world plz ?? (the elementals hasn't spawned, and some ores as well from iter rpg, from the beginning of this world).

1. I removed these mods in the modpack v25: [tetra, thin air, tetraextrassro, tetranomicon, creatair, art of forging, coldsweat] (early game, but i'm sure it isn't the cause) and recently bad mobs since i thought the problem came from this mod...(also, i reset the configs files...)
   I added these mods a little later, but it didn't seem to occur any issue: easy emerald 1.4.15_1, apotheosis 6.4.1, veinmining 1.1.21.19.2, dummmmmy1.7.1_1, refined storage, and I suppose the problem comes from the mod ""ars nouveau 3.22.3"" that i added when i launched the world, since source gems don't generate as well as the mobs from that mod (except the drygmy)...
   Before we started we tried to add ice and fire and A.V.A. as well, but we removed them before we launched the world for the 1st time.

I'm trying to use a sophisticated storage Basic Tier to Iron Tier on my spruce chests in order to make them Iron Chests for more storage, but its not working.

I've tried making a basic tier upgrade and using that, but no luck.

I then tried it on a chest I got from a quest, and that allowed me to upgrade it to basic tier and then to iron tier. Almost certain this is because of the Woodworks mod chests not accepting the upgrade.

Is this intentional and if not, how can I make my chests from Woodwork into vanilla chests?

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

I'm currently playing on an unmodified version of Steampunk V21.5, 1.19.2 from curseforge laucher
As mentioned sooner, every time I try to log into my server my game crash, more precisely everytime my character load the area and some kind of sound is played (as I deduced from the crash report).
It all begin when I was exploring the end with my friends and once reaching a new biome we all crashed and we cannot continue further bcs of the crash issue.

update : I think that I partially solved this issue by turning the server difficulty to peaceful then logging in and running away from the problematic biome to turn it back to hard

Most likely, your issue involved something along the lines of a fucked up install where the game tried to play a sound that either didn't exist or did so, but the value was a bit... mangled.

So, you just had an error where an entity tried to make a sound, correct? It probably just didn't work for a particular entity. Not a log reader, just trying her best to see what fucked up. It's probably that the entity itself did a fuck-up.

Setting your difficulty to Peaceful despawns all entities that can't spawn in Peaceful, by the way, so enemies will spawn normally after you re-enable it - the enemy won't reappear as a result of difficulty switching.

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

Looking for help with a lava farm using create. I've got conveyor belts set up to toss buckets of lava from nether > overworld, then drain, then toss empty buckets from overworld > nether. The full lava buckets will not go through to the overworld from the nether, they just fly through the portal and land on the ground behind it. The empty buckets will go through from the overworld to the nether, however. Chunks are claimed and forceloaded on both sides. If I throw the lava bucket, it works as intened, it just won't let the belt throw it. Is there some config not allowing entities that aren't me to throw lava buckets through the portal?

OK, so I figured it out about 30 seconds after I posted. I had claimed chunks on one side and not the other, which explains the difference. It won't allow items thrown by belts to go through portals in claimed chunks. I unclaimed all chunks on both sides and it works now.

I feel so dumb. I figured it out. It turns out I had a compound sting schematic that did not show up on my inventory like it was invisible and I right clicked onto a dark oak wood. The schematic suddenly appeared and I was able break blocks and use inventory again
