If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:

There's a not uncommon ruin you can find that has one of each and a toolbox

You place the saw so it's facing the bottom log of a tree, then crank it and it'll chop the whole tree

I just tested it, and my PC specs are all the same as yours, except for 32gb of ram. At 2k resolution, GPU utilization is around 30-40%. The 4070 graphics performance seems to be better than expected.

Considering my monitor is 144hz, the fact that it's producing 50-70 fps at a gpu usage level of 30% seems like the gpu isn't doing its job. Since your GPU usage is also around 30%, it seems to be a Java problem. It was nice to meet my countrymen in a place like this.

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

@lunar lintel you'll need the respirator, air tank(s), and respirator helmet. You will need to fill your air tank by using rotational speed from cogwheels and shafts. Each air tank gives you 15 minutes of oxygen before it depletes.
