If you don't find one of the green heart things you can't live well in the nether. One of the curses makes it so that you have to actively do something to get rid of being on fire instead of waiting it out, and there is a shield that you can make that can make you immune to fire, but it takes the transformed green heart thing. (It also takes a netherite but you can get that via quest rewards, just look for ones that give choice reward of a ton of ores and netherite should be there).

Otherwise it's pretty easy

(Compared to what I thought, it's still really annoying to get two shot by basic enemies and have 30% less armor)

Also the "you deal 50% less damage" applies to ANYTHING that you use. Spells and guns included (atleast from my testing).

The Wither isn't even hard in vanilla

It's harder to get the ability to spawn one, and doing so in a pack where you can get tons of buffs to luck and looting and stuff, especially if you took the ring of curses, is extremely easy

So I'm playing on a server I host on bisect and on my way to the moon, had an issue and dismounted before the rocket landed. Now, I'm stuck and can't get back to overworld. Tried searching online and can't find a command that will get me back to overworld. Anyone know a fix?

I had the same issue. Doing this fixed it for me. I'm using CurseForge launcher so it's a little different in other launchers I think

Here are the steps you can follow to add this

• Open the Minecraft launcher and select the Installations tab
• Hover over the installation being used, and click the 3 dots then Edit
• Scroll to the bottom and select More Options
• At the end of the JVM Arguments add -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
• Click save and attempt to start the game and connect

they can't be planted, they are drop randomly when you harvest crops or kill animals, but you can make quality fertilizer to make them more often (the fertilizer im not sure)

I'm not sure if this is my fault or not but my server performance is very bad. Pretty much as soon as theres at least 2 people or above it gets bad. I can play when there is just 2 but it's pretty much just annoying stuff like block lag and entity lag. I tried just playing a bit my self and yeah there was pretty much no lag with 1 player. I read a little in this channel to see if anyone else has had bad performance and it seems like there have been othere cases of this but I did not find anyone talking about a solution. Though honestly it might be on me or something, I gave the server 30gb ram so I don't think it's a ram issue at least. I am hosting on cloud oracle using their free hosting, I know the server uses an arm cpu and that I have 6 cores. Don't really know the cpu name or anything. I've also ran ATM9 on this same exact server with less ram allocated and it runs fine, so I think it's s steampunk issue idk.

I'm having issues with my server locking up, for lack of a better way to put it? Increasing the allocated RAM made it happen a bit less often but it always eventually does, even without players connected. Stop commands still work and the server is still running, but players can't connect and when the issue happens it either disconnects or crashes players.

2. When installing through adoptium, make sure that Add to PATH and Set JAVA_HOME variable are both set to be installed (please see https://imgur.com/a/jPu1h7h for how that would look)

3. Check if java has been correctly installed by running java --version (or java -version on older versions), and seeing if the output is correct (see https://imgur.com/a/OWcoq4p for an example of the output)

• NOTE: 64 bit versions of java ALWAYS have '64-bit Server VM' in the version output. If that is not there, you have installed a 32-BIT version!! If you're getting Out of Memory errors or any other errors, PLEASE install 64-bit

4. If the output isn't as intended, you have 2 options.
   i) Delete ALL other java versions from your PC (ONLY recommended if you don't need them)
   ii) Redirect your launcher/server to use your new installation of Java

Method i

1. Uninstall any other java program listed in your programs list (differs by OS, please find a guide for your own OS if you don't know)
2. Attempt to re-use the command mentioned above (if the output is now correct, which it should be, you are ready to go)

Method ii

1. For a server, please modify the $Java/JAVA variable (found in your startup script depending on ps1/sh) to the path of your java installation. For windows, this path is usually found in "Program Files/Eclipse Adoptium/version_of_java/bin"
2. For a client, depending on whether you use CurseForge, GD, or AT, the process is slightly different. Please see a guide for each respective launcher on how to change the java version.

One big source of client lag that I fixed was the Ryoamic Lights mod clashing with shaders, since they both do dynamic lighting. I had to remove the mod file since it kept re-enabling itself.

it runs perfectly fine with 6 people on and will just randomly stop letting players connect and i'm missing something in the logs or something that's causing issues

I'm setting up a lava farm in the nether using the create mod. I'm at the point where the lava buckets are being tossed into the nether portal but they are just passing through it and not going to the overworld. If I toss a lava bucket through the portal it transports just fine. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix for it? I've tried using a belt to toss the buckets as well as a weighted ejector.

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.
