The term 'CMD' is not recognized errors indicate you are missing critical values in your PATH for your system. This is preventing command prompt from being used correctly, follow the steps below to fix it:

Open your start menu
Type "Edit the system environment variables" and open the app
Press "Environment Variables" in the bottom right
In this dialog box, look under the "System variables" box (it will be the lower box), and find an entry called "Path". Click on it then press Edit
In this box, press "New" then type %SystemRoot%\system32. Finally, move it to the very top by selecting it and pressing "Move Up"
Close out by pressing "Ok", and re-run your script.
