Where are Crashlogs saved?
I just had a crash and used the prompt there to give me the crashlog for it, then asked my friend who's pretty good at troubleshooting help me out and he said that there should be more crashlogs from curseforge/the game itself as the one that was generated was by Java or something, idk
Anyways, does anyone know where the crashlogs are saved?

Only happens with spellblades due to the way the extra damage had to be coded. Basically the callback that MCDW uses is the same as mine, so when there's lots of enemies in the area it turns the chance of triggering thundering from 20% to 1.2^(amount of enemies)
more like 1.2^(amount of enemies) * 1.2(amount of hits per swing)
point is, it gets really close to 100% chance to proc thundering, which would proc the spell damage, which would again have a close to 100% chance to proc the magic damage, resulting in a loop until it doesn't land in the 99% chance to proc thundering
or until it kills the enemy

Hey, I am playing Phantom and got a fire immunity backpack (the magma cube one) to not die in daylight but now I want to know if there's a way to lessen/get rid of the fire effect on me. I am immune to it anyways but it's really taking up a big portion of my screen lol

no enchantment, but +step height is an attribute roll on looted boots and you can also craft socks from the Things mod
yeah it makes your sweeping attacks deal more to secondary mobs

If you hit multiple mobs without it, your damage won't be full on the other mobs. Better Combat mod added that balance.

Going to add warrior armor from immersive armors mod to build guide as some early armor. More damage with axes and the amount is good, easy to reforge.

It's only vanilla stuff that is affected and only a -1 for vanilla swords and +1 for vanilla axes

bows are dealing more damage than they're supposed to because of a mod issue, physical damage in general deals a little less than it probably should because of the armor curve
but yeah just getting a lot more damage will deal with the armor

When installing through adoptium, make sure that Add to PATH and Set JAVA_HOME variable are both set to be installed (please see https://imgur.com/a/jPu1h7h for how that would look)

Check if java has been correctly installed by running java --version (or java -version on older versions), and seeing if the output is correct (see https://imgur.com/a/OWcoq4p for an example of the output)
- NOTE: 64 bit versions of java ALWAYS have '64-bit Server VM' in the version output. If that is not there, you have installed a 32-BIT version!! If you're getting Out of Memory errors or any other errors, PLEASE install 64-bit
- If the output isn't as intended, you have 2 options.
i) Delete ALL other java versions from your PC (ONLY recommended if you don't need them)
ii) Redirect your launcher/server to use your new installation of Java

- For a server, please modify the $Java/JAVA variable (found in your startup script depending on ps1/sh) to the path of your java installation. For windows, this path is usually found in "Program Files/Eclipse Adoptium/version_of_java/bin"
- For a client, depending on whether you use CurseForge, GD, or AT, the process is slightly different. Please see a guide for each respective launcher on how to change the java version.

Warrior armor works with modded axes so yeah, pretty good overall, monk build likes this a lot until titan's shroud

Knight can still drown. Is immune to fire, poison, wither, and the promenade spikes because it always takes half a heart less damage so that's pretty good.

Still get weakness and slowness from the spikes but no bleeding damage so that's cool. Knight's not crazy broken, but is very strong
Really aren't any origins that crazy broken even early-game
Brute's definitely the strongest in terms of damage but takes a bit of modpack knowledge to play it to it's full potential

Yeah, Brute deals twice the amount of damage to anything that has 100+ hp
But need full food bar and sprinting to regen health early-game or put points into con and switch out later

How does this loot scale exactly? The rarities are for potential modifiers?
For example I've found multiple diamond swords, all with different modifiers (silk touch, etc), but having the same damage value (Let's say +5 damage, don't remember the exact value).
Will I eventually find diamond swords that say +10 damage?
dungeon difficulty scales like this, distance from spawn in overworld (although it won't scale anymore past 3K+ blocks iirc), minecells, nether/twilight forest, end cities, obsidilith boss
And as the dungeons scale, the loot scales with it?
more or less dimensions themselves scale more than anything, but yes
and if a dungeon is in that dimension, then loot is scaled
So everything within that say 3K block radius from spawn will have a min/max. To see a jump in damage on loot/armor you need to move beyond that.

like, you can find rare structures that can have better base loot, so like something that has mc dungeons weapons can be better than diamond sword, but if you were to find that structure again at like 10K+ blocks away, you'd get the same results
And for the dimensions is there a suggested or general flow for them for progression? One that is very much intended to be the final one you go to, one that is suppose to be the starting dimension?
Overworld, Minecells, Nether, Twilight Forest, The End. Beyond that the choice is yours for the others.
how good of gear do you reccomend before minecells?
all mending, probably want some prot enchants and berserker's fury along with one-handed warror's war tome or the two-handed warrior's war tome for activating determination ability, and either lifesteal relic or leeching enchant

I would do that as a bare minimum. Brute can kinda get away with less, but it all very depends, it's hard to come up with minimum gear on that really

no, just find the biome you want. In game you can use a natures compass, with commands do /locate

It shouldn't, I'm guessing the reason you can't connect is either you were disconnected in combat or you died and then quit without respawning. I've tried both and sometimes what happens is that there's a java script error in which a script that is suppose to trigger and basically say "this user is not on the server anymore" doesn't trigger and the only solution I know of is either waiting a rather long time, like a few days or so, or just a simple server restart

my build guide says how to in progression, you need a spellbinding table, a book, lapis, xp, and 15 bookshelves for max just like enchanting table

What is the best enchantments for a dagger like item? I do know that void strike is better than sharpness for the most part but Iâve been doing some soul siphon stuff but Iâm not sure how to get the best enchants. it has a progression section that tells you to make a village, if you don't know how to make a village and reroll librarians, then that is vanilla mincecraft knowledge in which you can google how to do that.
As far as the armor, REI can tell you the armors that exist and how to get them.
Because I don't put the "speedy" armor in my build guide.
But I also don't feel as if you need it because there's many other ways to be "speedy"

Yes, you can get sharpness VI from the zenith enchant system which is the most work. Or you can use the Altar from Biome Makeover mod and overlevel enchants that way. It will do it only once though and your item will also come with a curse. To remove the curse, you make a prismatic cobweb. However, the only way to get sharpness VII is also through goblin traders, specifically the Nether Goblin Trader (Vein Goblin Trader). It's a rare trade from them. There are enchant way stronger than sharpness though in which the build guide lists them.

I'm aware, it's a lot. Having RPG-type gaming experience such as games like Skyrim and Elden Ring can help a lot. MMOs as well. Because this modpack is pretty far from vanilla lol. But yeah, just gotta take everything one step at a time and at your own pace in order to not get overwhelmed.
Yep. It definitely helps that I have pretty much completed the better mc modpack which is a little more tame than this and is also a little better for frames.
Yeah, better mc is a vanilla+ modpack. So kinda like a lite-modded experience.

Hi, i started playing this modpack a few days ago and i was wondering if anyone knows why some mobs spawn with an insane amount of HP. Usually mobs around me have a a couple of hearts and sometimes a enemy mob spawns in with usually 44 HP or even 500 hp lvl 1 zombie i have seen. i read in the questbook that difficulty of monsters depend on distance from spawn and dimensions and biomes. i am not far from spawn and neither am i in a different biome or dimension.
rpg difficulty also randomly adds "boss" zombies. the 44 hp mobs may be from a cold/hot biome though
those are slightly stronger

ohh thats cool. makes alot of sense now! is there a list of biomes i can find anywhere that applies to the cold/hot biomes? i currently have a house set up in a plains biome right next to a sparse jungle, i think jungle counts as a hot biome i assume? so that might be why đ

ah now i know why i died so many times
i guess i was a little too picky on the location of building my house so i had no idea at first. when it said cold/hot biome i was mainly thinking about desert and snowy biomes. feels like i might have to find a new spot now away from the jungle 
the sparse jungle is really op for environmentz though 
doesn't have seasons and doesnt get hot enough to overheat
that's professions, basically just gives you health
you get hunting xp by exploring or killing mobs

I am having issues with the Minecraft Medieval Fabric Mod. I was flying around with the elytra and somehow bug the game, now I am stuck in elytra mode even when I am on the ground, immune to damage/can't die, can't eat or escape since I am stuck within a certain chunks radius/chunk won't load. If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.
To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.
To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

Itâs in tips in the quests menu but the other way is to open an anvil and go to the reforge tab at the top
Then you need amethyst shards and in your case probably netherite ingots or scales or maybe diamonds
Then you just go for epic or better
Rn if you donât want to waste resources then go for rare
But also I didnât know that netherite armor gives you a speed boost so now Iâm going to switch my armor set

idk, in my opinion it does just feel like regular melee weapons are too weak early game, and it's not really a modpack knowledge thing. it's definitely something you can work around and once you get enchants and relics its a non issue but
other builds dont have that problem
like you can get a spellblade or a bow and start whackin shit right away

I just had my battle against the ender dragon, it was the most painful an anoying battle ever, 30 min to kill it, how the fuk he has 59 armor and 1500 hp, my 31dmg sword only did 1 to 2 dmg per hot
you could turn the thermometer back on in EnvironmentZ mod settings, it was just in a weird place
the end is meant to be hard, but that specific problem of even 30+ damage swords only dealing like 2-3 I have a fix for Iâll suggest soon
the problem was that it was not hard, just anoying and sloow
you can sort of get around the armor issue with crit damage and the stronger damage enchants like void strike and enigma resonator
because of how strange the armor curve works in minecraft
but yeah also noted, the dragon doesnât really get harder without changing its mechanics

the environment temperature would tell you if youâre in a hot or cold place before it starts affecting you, since itâs kind of hard to reverse that without leaving the environment
and things impact it like being near ice, snow, fire, or lava blocks
when you start to get warm/cold the color will change first, then icon will change when itâs about to start affecting you

it goes mostly by biome/dimension type, and shouldnât really ever affect you unless youâre in the nether, a snowy biome, or desert
but in those cases hot/warm blocks can make things better or worse

Not that the modpack is balanced around PVP, but it feels bad that PVP players are required to get magic protection due to insane magic damage
I'm playing a modpack with no relicex, playerex, etc right now and magic with spellblade weapons never seems to be more than or equal to the physical damage of the weapon
