@broken tartan you will find that your armor is destroyed constantly, and you will also find that you have to unbind the spell bar hotkey from your left alt key so you can crawl into doorways. i recommend farming librarian villagers for mending or life-mending books as soon as you can so that your armor lasts, and there is a lategame item (hardening catalyst) that can make your armor unbreakable you'll want to work towards

I have been trying to play BetterMC and MedievalMC but for some reason and i have tested this issue with other modpacks, if a modpack uses Fabric, my game just freezes when whenever i pause the game for some reason, but is a really weird issue, because if i create a new world a i can play as much as i want without issue on performance or without any freeze or crash, but if i save the world, close the game and open it the freeze starts happening, i have tried with a couple modpacks that use fabric and it happens there aswell, in fact i use the forge version of BetterMC to be able to play because of this reason, i have tried to disable mods and find the issue, but to no avail, just in case this are my pc specs

I think you can combine critical hit with other damage enchants but not void strike
