Because stacking another 400% is very tempting

So at that point you have void shot which is 4x (25% chance to proc), you have your crit damage (70%+ chance to proc, 700%+ damage), you have Archer's Armor (1.5x damage), and then the Conquest demon pact trade from Bewitchment (2x damage). That's a crazy amount of multipliers, so Ranged is most certainly the hardest hitting thing in the entire pack, but of course there are counters to it and such.

It won't work like that. The only way for you to check the distance of another one is through the /locate command I believe, although muon might know more

I see, in that case, feel free to use crossbow, but the enchants for crossbow are slightly different because multishot is ideal. No infinity or endless quiver to help you out so fletcher villager is ideal especially for crescendo of bolts
